I always had this composition in my head to create while I was in residence but it came about in a whirlwind that I wasn’t expecting. I realised very close to the exhibition that I need to send my film to Valencia to be developed and had to race around the resort to find the right objects to create this still life to finish the roll in time. The painting came soon after.
